I’m a one-woman-marketing-team for the most robust allowlist manager & smart contract generator on the internet.

At Curious Addys, we’ve built a collection of amazing web3 tools.

After joining the company, we began our journey to find product-market fit. Our priority was to create something that supports creators in web3, especially during a bear market. We built many products, but the two I’m most proud of are:

Launchpad - A platform where anybody can create their dream NFT collection in minutes without any technical experience whatsoever. From art generation, to custom smart contracts, to mint pages, all in one place. All free.

Heymint - A completely free allowlist manager with more customization & requirement options than any other allowlist manager on the internet.

My responsibilities

  • Participating in product development that ultimately resulted in 200k+ users and 750k+ allowlist entries in just 7 months.

This includes conducting many customer interviews, identifying unique key problems that need to be solved for creators and collectors, feedback on UI/UX, all copywriting, marketing funnels, and integrating marketing components within the product itself so the product grows organically.

  • Organically growing our Twitter from 0 to 35k followers in 6 months, so that marketing & product announcements can reach a wider audience & give our company credibility in the space.

  • Validating the concept of Launchpad by conducting a beta launch. This resulted in our first 1,000 users to join before the product even existed & the green light to know this tool is needed by the community.

  • Launching two optimization projects to decrease drop off of users who start creating a smart contract yet never launch their project. These two efforts had a 100% success rate: every user who participated launched their NFT project. The number of NFT smart contract deployments increased by 29% as a result.

  • Creating a streamlined customer support response system to increase customer satisfaction & drastically decrease the amount of time our support staff spends helping each customer. What previously needed 3 team members manning customer service can now be handled by 1, despite having 150k more users.

  • Currently spearheading our first monetization project. With a LTV of $926 per creator (made via a $1 mint fee for collectors), I’m building a referral program that incentivizes our users to share Launchpad with their friends, as well as a funnel for affiliates to profit in web3 without having to launch their own project.
