Viral Editing Masterclass teaches students how to use amazing editing to improve pacing and storytelling of their content, in order to increase their chances of going viral.

My roles in marketing:
Copywriter: We launched this course to our existing customers, offering a discounted pre-launch for those who purchased before the course was finished. I created the marketing funnel for this course, including:
Email sequence. I wrote the prelaunch, launch, and followup sequence, touching on topics like:
You think you’re a good editor, but you’re honestly probably not
How mediocre editing ruins an amazing video idea
Lessons from our editors that got 1 billion organic views
How editing impacts the YouTube algorithm
Sales page. I was marketing the first ever editing masterclass taught by people who actually created viral content. The page highlighted just how important editing is when it comes to content execution, an overview of the program, and the video sales letter (please watch it below!)
Video sales letter script. I loved writing this VSL - I believe it really captures what creators are thinking when they come up with a video idea & try to produce it. It conveys how crucial editing is to your success as a creator, and how we are masters at that craft.
Designer/manager: I managed a designer to create all the assets for this launch: graphics, sales page, thumbnails, etc.
Launch manager: I created and enforced a product launch timeline for our engineering, production, marketing, and operations team.
